We would love you to have...

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI, or related fields
• Proven experience in software development, automation, and AI technologies
• Solid experience leading technical teams and managing complex projects
• Expertise in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and automation tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Mandatory AI literacy, with deep familiarity in AI trends, tools, and platforms
• Deep understanding of GenAI platforms and how they can be leveraged and embedded into automated systems

What you can do for us...

• Lead, mentor, and grow a small, specialized team made up of software automation engineers, an AI project manager, an AI data scientist, and an AI engineer
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement the most effective AI tools and platforms, guiding the company’s technology choices
• Identify, assess, and prioritize AI-driven opportunities across departments using clear return-on-investment metrics
• Conduct rigorous “buy vs. build” evaluations for AI software and solutions, ensuring cost-effective decision-making
• Develop and maintain a long-term AI strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Design, review, and oversee the coding and implementation of automation solutions
• Build and deliver AI literacy and upskilling programs to empower staff across the organization
• Promote structured, systematic thinking about how AI can transform and improve business processes.
