Job Description:

We’re seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead our new Squeeze Bar offer, including the bar, kitchen, event space, reception shop, and rooftop bar. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, drive exceptional guest experiences for our in-house hotel guests, and build strong connections with the local community through events and partnerships. This is a hands-on role for a passionate leader who thrives on delivering outstanding service, inspiring teams, and creating memorable moments both inside and outside the hotel.

We would love you to have:

• 5+ years prior experience in a similar role ideally within the hotel or hospitality sector, along with extensive food, beverage, bars and events experience/knowledge and managerial or supervisory experience
• Local market knowledge is highly desired
• Bars & Events experience highly desired
