We are on the search for our next Head of Restaurants & Bars at Wilde, to lead and work alongside our R&B and Guest Service Host teams. We need someone who is passionate about, and connected to the local market, with experience working in a similar property, and extensive R&B experience, to help us create a truly amazing Wilde experience for our guests. At Wilde our Irish heritage mixes with local cultures to form new experiences that are unique to each city, and each Wilde.

We would love you to have:
- 5+ years prior experience in a similar role ideally within the lifestyle hotel or hospitality sector, along with extensive food and beverage experience and knowledge and managerial or supervisory experience
- Local market knowledge is highly desired

- Lead, Train, and Motivate: Build a cohesive, high-performing team. Conduct regular training, evaluations, and performance reviews, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Revenue Growth: Implement strategies to drive revenue, such as promotions, special events, and partnerships with local businesses.
- Financial Oversight: Develop budgets, forecast revenue and expenses, and monitor financial performance. Communicate any variances and collaborate with the GM to implement improvements.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure all R&B operations comply with health, safety, and brand standards.
- Guest Feedback: Act on guest feedback to continually enhance service quality and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Be the Ultimate Brand Ambassador: Take ownership of your role with enthusiasm, energy, and a touch of flair—become the face of Wilde and represent us with pride.
