We’re now hiring a Night Reception Team Member to help shape the Staycity guest journey.

Your Key Objectives

This is a unique role built around our One Team spirit. You will work closely with both the Night, Operations and Housekeeping teams to ensure the property is perfectly prepared for the day ahead.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand our housekeeping trolley standards and ensure all prepared trolleys are checked, adjusted and fully ready for the following day (they should be set up by Housekeeping already!)

• Support the Operations Manager and Housekeeping Manager with linen control, consumable stock checks and ordering.

• Maintain excellent cleanliness and presentation standards throughout all public areas during the night.

• Support effective stock organisation, linen control and the continuous improvement of night-team and housekeeping processes.

• Learn key reception systems and operational procedures to broaden your knowledge and support future career progression.

We would love you to have:

• Previous experience working in a similar property is helpful but not a “must have” as full training will be provided

• Prior experience using Opera is helpful but not a “must have” as full training will be provided

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for this role.
