Multi-Site FM Coordinator
Keep Staycity’s Dublin aparthotels safe, compliant and running smoothly through hands-on maintenance, smart coordination and a proactive approach across multiple sites.
Multi-Site FM Coordinator
At Staycity Group, we bring together two leading aparthotel brands — Staycity Aparthotels and Wilde Aparthotels — united by a shared commitment to modern, flexible hospitality. Across our properties and support teams, our goal is simple: to deliver exceptional experiences for our guests and create an environment where our people can do their best work.
Whether you’re joining our operations or head office teams, you’ll be part of a fast-growing European hospitality group built on our values of curiosity, drive, collaboration, kindness, and respect. We’re a diverse and inclusive team that encourages you to bring your unique self to work — because we believe great hospitality starts with people who feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
The role:
We're looking for a hands-on, technically-minded Multi Site FM Coordinator to support the delivery of facilities and maintenance services across a cluster of Staycity aparthotels in Dublin city centre.
This is a practical, on-the-tools role combining direct maintenance work with the day-to-day coordination of contractors and on-site maintenance teams. You'll help keep our buildings safe, compliant and running smoothly — carrying out hands-on repairs, coordinating planned and reactive works, auditing planned maintenance records, and making sure our CMMS system accurately reflects statutory and non-statutory maintenance activity across every site in the cluster.
You'll work closely with hotel General Managers, on-site teams and external contractors, reporting into the Cluster Chief Engineer / Head of Facilities & Maintenance.
Benefits:
Paid family leave (>1 year of service)
Flexible working patterns
Bonus scheme that rewards high performers;- based on our core values and tied to individual property goals
Discounted rates for overnight stays for you, your family and friends
Refer and earn scheme - earn up to £/€550
Cycle to work scheme- to support a healthy lifestyle and our planet
Education Support to help you foster new skills
Volunteer days: 2 paid volunteer days per year
Support for you and your family when you need it with our Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
We would love you to have:
Minimum 5 years' hands-on experience in a facilities, maintenance, or building services role, ideally across multiple sites.
A trade qualification or technical background in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or a related discipline.
Practical, hands-on maintenance skills, with the confidence to carry out repairs and general maintenance tasks personally, not just coordinate others.
Experience coordinating contractors for both planned (PPM) and reactive maintenance work.
Working knowledge of CMMS or similar maintenance management systems, with the ability to audit records for accuracy and compliance.
A good working knowledge of statutory compliance requirements relevant to building services (fire safety, electrical, gas, water hygiene, and similar).
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple sites and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, hands-on attitude, comfortable working independently and as part of a small on-site team.
Good communication skills, confident liaising with contractors, site teams, and hotel management.
A facilities or maintenance-related certification (e.g. QQI/FETAC technical qualification) would be advantageous but is not essential.
Experience within hospitality, aparthotel, or multi-site residential environments would be an advantage.
What you can do for us:
• Carry out hands-on maintenance and repair work across the cluster of aparthotels, alongside coordinating external contractors for specialist tasks.
• Coordinate contractors delivering both planned (PPM) and reactive maintenance work, ensuring jobs are completed on time, to standard, and within scope.
• Coordinate the day-to-day activity of on-site maintenance teams across the cluster, ensuring consistent standards and clear priorities.
• Audit planned maintenance records to confirm PPM schedules are being followed and completed as required.
• Audit the company CMMS system regularly to ensure statutory and non-statutory maintenance activity is logged accurately and compliance evidence is complete.
• Support statutory compliance across each site — fire safety, electrical, water hygiene, gas and lift systems — flagging and escalating any gaps.
• Respond to reactive maintenance issues, resolving directly where possible or coordinating the right contractor for specialist work.
• Provide regular reporting on maintenance performance, contractor compliance and CMMS data quality to the Cluster Chief Engineer.
• Build strong working relationships with hotel General Managers and on-site teams to keep maintenance activity aligned with operational needs.
• Support the ordering and tracking of materials and parts required for planned and reactive works.
• Contribute to a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement across the cluster's maintenance operations.
If you thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment where ambiguity is met with enthusiasm and determination, and if you lead with kindness, clarity, and curiosity, we’d love to hear from you.
