PROSPECTION

  • Primary focus is to find new clients for our French properties, on a national level, for both corporate and leisure market
  • Provide proactive account management to find new accounts and grow our portfolio
  • Generate leads and opportunities for our French properties in order to achieve and overachieve goals
  • Proactively grow revenue and profit for our French properties
  • Identify and target new business opportunities according to the strategy decided with the director of sales and the sales managers
  • Liaise with the director of sales to implements strategies for new and existing clients, develop strategies as necessary to increase conversion and revenue
  • Participate in / organize networking events to develop relationships with clients and prospects
  • Support and participate in internal and external events to maximize resources and increase loyalty

Job requirements

PIPELINE DEVELOPMENT

  • Manage designated accounts and develop key relationships to maximize revenue from these accounts for our French properties
  • Negotiate preferred agreements with companies/agencies, for both corporate and leisure segment
  • Target and develop direct contact relationships and networks within the developed assigned accounts in order to deliver growth in sales budgets
  • Support strategic promotions and initiatives to maximize revenue and work closely with the director of sales to identify touch points within account portfolio
  • Demonstrate a best in class approach with compliance towards processes, tools, sales strategy and ways of working in order maximize performance and revenue opportunities for ourFrench properties
  • Control quality of accounts data, competition surveillance,reporting
  • Experience in an account management role
  • Experience in negotiating, defining, and executing mutually beneficial contracts
  • Ability to make effective commercial decisions based on an analysis of key commercial information
  • Experience in developing and managing relationships with customersand on-property sales teams.
  • Experience of delivering on new commercial opportunities while using key data points and analytics to make effective commercial decisions
  • Knowledge of the hospitality market
